The average eighth of flower is listed at $30.44, across 11,417 dispensaries on Trees.Cloud's network.
Where you live changes that a lot.

- Washington, D.C.: $41.99
- Minnesota: $39.91
- West Virginia: $39.64
- Ohio: $39.48

A New Jersey shopper pays about twice what a Michigan shopper pays for the same 3.5 grams. Newer, tightly licensed markets sit at the top. Mature markets with lots of stores and growers sit at the bottom.
Ohio is one to watch. Its hemp-THC ban is pushing new customers into licensed stores at some of the highest shelf prices in the country.
Which way do you expect New Jersey prices to go in 2027?
